3. What can I expect if I'm staying on the Waikiki strip? What I didn't like was that there were only 2 small jacuzzis for such a large hotel? and one of them was broken.

7. Some things did come as a disappointment considering the price of our 5-star hotel rooms as follows: no complimentary coffee, continental breakfast, nor free local calls were provided (things I can get staying at a Super 8 Motel for one-fifth the cost); very small pool; periodically broken hot tubs; refrigerator was stocked with mini bar items leaving no room for personal contents; room key cards malfunctioned half of the time; room safe available but required a daily charge; part of hot tub area (which was already too small) was closed for a wedding at the inconvenience of hundreds of other guests; the thermostats didn't respond to temperature settings; water leaked from the toilet onto the bathroom floor (maintenance was notified but either never came or didn't fix the problem; never received a morning newspaper as advertised on their Web site.
