3. Though I did not have any problems nor felt my safety was at risk (I live in a major city so I am used to urban living), I did not see any security staff present near the elevators to keep an eye on who was accessing the towers.

4. I think the walls a very thin and the configuration of the doors to enter rooms (clustered to maximize views in the towers) adds to the problem.

7. This is a large complex and resort which seems to aimed more towards the Japanese tourist and most of the problems we experienced were as a result of the poor English language speakers we encountered at reception.

8. The problem is your usually out all the time so your not at the hotel in the specified times the freebies are served.
