The pros: location is great for walking to various spots in the city and the hotel itself felt posh, although the rooms were a bit
worn
around the edges.

We walked through several floors and they all looked the same -
worn
out and old.

While it does have some fantastic historic details, It is
worn
out and in need of a major refurbishment.

I support them keeping the integrity of the building and it's style, so a
worn
desk or chair doesn't totally turn me off to the room completely, but I think if I was paying over $200 I would have been really disappointed.

Every piece of furniture in the room was nicked and scratched, the one chair and ottoman was so stained and
worn
out that I didn't want to sit in it, and the desk chair (also stained) wobbled when I sat in it.

Instead we arrived in the most tired,

It's
worn
out a bit: wallpaper peeling, window in room not sealed properly (leaking cold air and letting in street noise) scuffed up and not pristine and 4-star clean.

When our suite was not to our liking (as it was a bit dated and
worn
) they moved us to one of the newly renovated Bellevue suites.

The case goods (desk, nightstands, etc) are
worn
down from years of use and fabrics are showing spots of wear and tear.
