1. The plumbing is loud, the wallpaper patched a few too many times, and bathroom fixtures remain barely attached - dangling from the walls, and at least one power outlet no longer works (old buildings have very few outlets in the rooms).

2. My most recent stay at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia left me in pain and with an expensive Dental bill, and barely an apology from the hotel staff.

3. You can bathe 2 small children in that, but not 2 adults, and one adult can barely move around in that.
