4. Apart those minor issues, the hotel is pretty good: nice large rooms with real Queen beds very comfortable, large TV with actual HD programming, coffee machine, safe and fridge.

6. If this is an issue, I would advise calling the hotel and arranging entrance through the adjacent Bellevue Shopping center which is on a level.

9. There were a few cosmetic issues, but overall this hotel was a great experience and I would definately stay there if I am in Philly again.
