1. Room was noisy and had seats outside so we had to listen to some drunken argument at 2am.
"Three nights was too long " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/10/2012 Vote
2. First, should the occupiers of the room next to us ever perchance across this review, the 'noisy young child' you complained about to the front desk was one year old so how you expect us to reason with a one year old is beyond me.
"OK hotel but next room complained about our 2 year old " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/4/2011 Vote
3. Also: it would be nice to have a larger lobby, and have the downstairs restaurants open for dinner as well as lunch - lots of people going downstairs at night but nothing open except noisy bar.
"Elegant, old-style " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/19/2011 Vote
4. WAY TOO NOISY.
"noisy rooms, good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/13/2010 Vote
5. This is not a park hyatt as I know them but another hotel recently added to the brand, the management team are keen to please but inexperienced, half the rooms look internally into the dreaded atrium and so are dark and noisy when the atrium is in use for an event, rooms need to be upgraded but are on the larger side (a plus), service is poor - rooms not serviced by 4pm etc, There are better options in Philly.
"Best avoided " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/14/2009 Vote
6. The heating unit was also quite noisy.
"Great hotel, but.. " Read full review on Expedia   12/16/2007 Vote
7. The hotel is dumpy old - think chipped paint, noisy bathroom pipes and smelly lobby - as opposed to stately and elegant old.
"Not a luxury experience! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/18/2007 Vote
8. The only thing that kept me from giving this hotel a 5 was the fact that my room was right next to an elevator shaft and it was a little noisy.
