8. I support them keeping the integrity of the building and it's style, so a worn desk or chair doesn't totally turn me off to the room completely, but I think if I was paying over $200 I would have been really disappointed.

9. My big disappointment came in while taking a leisure walk in the morning to the lower level where food court is, decided to go to the ladies room and overheard my daughter a 12 year old trying to warn me before I came out.
