1. So I have seen the great, to the good and on occasion average, But, I have never encountered a more poorly trained, poorly service educated or inane lobby staff at any Hyatt hotel.

2. Origionally, we had a basic room with falling plaster and poorly cleaned but, after one night, we were upgraded to a deluxe queen room which was lovely.
