4. Again the stained carpet was coming up from the wall, there was peeling wallpaper, a few small holes in the walls, and the toilet made a horrible screetching noise when we flushed it (something housekeeping should have noticed and reported to maintenance).

6. Every piece of furniture in the room was nicked and scratched, the one chair and ottoman was so stained and worn out that I didn't want to sit in it, and the desk chair (also stained) wobbled when I sat in it.
