4. I have stayed at the Park Hyatt Belleview several times since July 2008 and despite my photos and positive experience at the first stay I have been disappointed in the amenity cuts and overall dirty rooms (stained furniture, carpet, and walls).

7. Looking for an additional socket to find lumps of dust behind the bed was quite unsettling, ordering coffee in the morning and having a dirty saucer was disgusting, coffee by the way that I am supposed to get free of charge for being a Gold Pass member for which they insisted on charging me.
