1. The Hyatt was VERY difficult to find as the sign is very small and hard to see at night in a rental car.

2. The rooms are not designed for business travelers as the desks have no outlets for your chargers and the outlets are very hard to find and are usually behind the tv's so just wanting to charge your cell phone becomes difficult.
