3. There was only one drawback: the hotel elevators were very slow, so you had to plan a little time into the 'vertical' trip, as the hotel has nineteen floors.

8. Only 2 things I would change: internet is really not satisfactory - very slow, and business center is not really much to speak of & upstairs as an adjunct - rather like an afterthought - attached to a side and rather surprising (a bit dingy) room off the bar/lounge.

10. This could be a grand old hotel but the staff are junior and do not seem to be well set up for success - housekeeping was nonexistent and slow and the place was full of events that took up many of the public spaces with not enough left over for guests.
