1. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not just slow -- it was so clogged and backed up that literally within seconds of turning on the water, the tub would begin filling up.

7. The registration desk was very small and crowded, the elevator was very slow, when it worked (it broke down, with us in it and one of the maintenance workers was on board as well, he and we ended up getting off and using the only other elevator.
