1. downside: some of the front desk staff wasn't very helpful in offering to assist with our luggage.

The downsides were that while the comforter was great, the sheets were a bit scratchy on the skin (we got a little bit of rug burn haha) and a small portion of the carpet was wet as though someone had spilled a glass of water on it (which I'm guessing was the maid and probably won't be a repeat problem).
