2. Our room faced the north and was somewhat noisy for me, as I am a light sleeper and the AC/Heater unit wasnt loud enough to muffle the sounds.

3. We only had two complaints about the hotel: the high speed Internet was not working in our room -- the front desk offered to move us to another room to solve the problem and reminded us of the business center downstairs -- and on Saturday morning there was a very loud banging (sounded like a hammer) coming from somewhere in the hotel.

4. They couldn't move us to a higher floor of the hotel, but they could let a choir group practice next door to us at very early hours that were VERY loud and the instructor was screaming at them.

6. I don't believe we had the television up to loudly, nor do I believe we were making an obscene amount of noise, yet supposedly the people in the room next to us made two complaints about us making too much noise as well as banging on the wall.

7. And, this is no fault of the hotel, but you should be aware that rooms on the 120`s side of the hotel in the back building are next to a large dumpster which is picked up by a very loud truck every morning at 5:00am.
