1. The largest complaint I have had with the hotel is that I have the most difficult time controlling the temperatures, both of the room and in the shower.

5. I had to rent a meeting room on the first floor and mgmt had a difficult time turning the heat off as the lights in the room generate a ton of heat.

8. Each room had a safe (not very clean) but if you are short or disabled, it would be difficult to use.

10. My father had a very difficult time, as the toilet is VERY LOW, lower than any other hotel room toilet i have ever seen in the USA.
