1. We stayed here over Independence Day weekend and the atmosphere was great, it is a shame we weren't high enough to enjoy the fireworks though.

4. Also, the overall cost of the room was a bit high, especially given the water leak under repair in the lobby (a shame because the lobby is well done and lots of fun).
