5. 00 per order, 18% gratuity(i would give 20% so they are shotting themselves in the foot) and 10% tax, that's crazy considering how expensive the rooms are.

10. if you're parking a car, use the hotel valet, it was expensive, but not a lot more than any private lot in the area, and there are no in-out privildges at the private lots.
