1. 30 am - but it didn't cause us a problem.

2. I called the front desk to tell them about the problem, and a somewhat gruff maintenance man came up to survey the damage (hello--I told them I JUST got out of the shower--maybe give me a little time to dry off).

8. My only problem was that the concierge was not available on Mondays and only a few hours during the day and the front desk staff were not very knowledgeable otherwise but I made do.

9. Although the room we stayed in did not have a view the designer cleverly uses blinds so that the lack of view is not a problem.
