4. There is an innovative A/V strip on the wall for the television but I had to call to the front desk and someone came up to fix the connection issue.

5. They have a pest management issue and seem to treat a couple floors at a time which just moves the big ---- pests around, not out.

10. Unfortunately, there were many issues that overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay:* the large group of drunk people in the lobby that we had to push our way through to check in.
