1. Too much of a hassle to move and besides, one little Ambien tablet will solve the minor inconvenience of noise and light.

8. I can accept an incorrect room for 1 night (even though it is inconvenient when you can't really unpack for a four night stay), but the real issue is the time and persistence it took to get the right room and the incompetence of the front desk staff in resolving the issue.
