1. I however wish they had room darkening shades, the mini bar was very difficult to open, as i was assured it was unlocked by front desk, the ironing board was shamefully dirty and the iron itself belched out some rusty water that would have surly stained a shirt if i hadn't sat it on a towel.

2. He goes behind the bar and the six people back there are trying to figure out what happened, all while pointing at me and drawing attention to that obviously-difficult-customer who had the nerve to say 'Sorry, but that's not what I ordered.

3. The beds are far too small for two people each in a double bed style room, and the TV is placed far to one side making it difficult to comfortably view.

9. The room was at the very end of the hallway (room 201) which made it extremely difficult to maneuver the stroller into the room - the hallway actually got thinner by the last 2 rooms and the entrance to the room was also very restrictive.
