1. The entire staff is gracious and competent, Carlos Alcazar, Assistant Food & Beverage manager does as excellent job along with all of the culinary staff and outrageously convenient to the Mall and beautiful on top of the other superlatives.

4. As an A-club silver member we recieved all the benefits at check in, had a personal hand written welcome from the manager waiting in the room with some fruit and the check in staff were very friendly.
