1. At check in the front desk staff upgraded our room with no charge and brought my husband this gorgeous dessert, cookies, and bottled water.

2. Without even asking we received a free upgrade, had truffles and bottled Evian delivered to our room (For no apparent reason) and for our room service breakfast had a basket of fresh French pastries added at no charge.
