1. Example, I needed help carrying my luggage down upon checkout at 11 AM and the porters were all busy helping other guests so the receptionsist came up to help me instead of making me wait.

9. We enjoyed staying in this hotel even though there were a few glitches (they had to send someone up to fix the heat and we had to have charges for room service we didn't order taken off our bill at checkout).
