1. This is a pleasant quiet moderately priced hotel with a lovely pool and jacuzzi.

2. It is located a few block from the ocean and wharf so it isn't as expensive as the ocean front hotels (about $160 a night compared to $300 plus).

6. However, I would expect the hotel staff to act like they care about their guests, take ownership of the problem, apologize, assure us they will take the necessary precautions (ie bed bug dog inspection, pest control company inspection), and give us some or all of our money back.
