1. Better downtown that the upper State location that we went to check for something and found the story pretty deserted/understocked as well for such a large location.

2. It`s also walking distance from downtown, though the downtown is a good mile long and it can get to be far from the far end of downtown.

3. Location is fantastic - just a couple blocks from the west beach (boat rentals, swimming, etc.) and a 10-minute walk to Stearns Wharf and the trolley to downtown State St.
