1. The main pool area has cabanas that you can reserve, huge piles of fluffy pool towels, and lots of waiters to serve you drinks and snacks.

2. The only bummer of the room was that the bathroom did not have enough electrical outlets (only 2 outlets and one was occupied with a night light) and that there was only one towel rack that was big enough for one hand towel.

6. Housekeeping comes in twice every day--the first time to make the bed, change the towels and robes, and clean (including mopping the tile floor), and the second time during the dinner hour to turn down the bed, replace the towels and robes yet again, fill the ice bucket, and tune the radio to a pleasant jazz station.

7. Our large room had a balcony with an ocean view, a soaking tub, a fireplace, bathrobes and slippers, dozens of towels, wineglasses, high-speed internet, DVD player (with DVDs available to rent from the concierge) and just about anything else a person might want, except an in-room coffee-maker.

8. There was even an attendant present to set you up on a machine with a towel, bottle of Smart water, and headphones.
