5. It`s on a bluff overlooking the ocean, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the main building and pool areas are spacious, well-appointed, and immaculate.

7. I found the landscaping reminiscent of that in housing tracts in Southern California and because this is where I am from and what I am accustomed to, I wasn't wowed by the grounds.

8. The beach is mostly rock landscaped but during low tide we walked on the exposed sand (and yes tar is a natural occurrence on the beach - come prepared with an old pair of athletic shoes for rock exploration and sandals for the low tide days).
