1. Our partial ocean view room was nice but the balcony made the room seem 'great' (we had a room on a the 3rd floor over looking the main pools and the view wasn't partial).

Unfortunately, one day into our trip we were being driven crazy by our neighbor' s barking dog--we mentioned this to the bellman, Michael M, who instantly found out when these people were checking out and has us upgrading to an amazing ocean view suite and helped make sure we made the switch right away (thanks michael).

6. Got a deal through american express $249 per night 3rd night was free, included breakfast daily, upgrade to ocean view for free, plus a free $75 dollar lunch so everything was very reasonable for such a nice hotel.

7. The room was beautiful with a huge perfectly manicured bed, our own private fireplace in the room, a mounted flat screen tv, fresh fruit, all marble floors, a spacious private balcony with a beautiful ocean view, and a jacuzzi tub that overhead shutters that opened up into the room.
