1. Also, the rooms were older and more beat up than we expected, it was definitely not worth the price and there was a $24.00 parking charge that was not mentioned on the web-site.

Third, for you that are using the American Express Platinum resort package with the $85 credit, you should understand that regardless of what it says on the bottom of the coupon you'll be presented with at check in, the $85 credit is only redeemable for the amount of a lunch you would charge excluding tips and alcohol.

3. Superior service from Housekeeping, Bellmen, Phone Operator, Valets, etc. Be aware that all hotel guests have to pay a mandatory additional daily charge of $24 for their vehicle parking.

4. Bacara's room service is very expensive for the quallity/quantity of the food presented--plus they add 20% for an automatic gratuity AND an another $5 delivery charge.

6. Important -- please check you bill before leaving -- Mine had a $100 charge on it and when I inquired about it -- they said I or someone I knew had asked for $100 cash to buy gas .

8. It took the valet about 20 minutes to retrieve our car since there is no self parking and they need to charge you $24 a day for this service.
