1. I couldn't even tell you the last time I stayed at a nice hotel where parking was cheaper.

6. Superior service from Housekeeping, Bellmen, Phone Operator, Valets, etc. Be aware that all hotel guests have to pay a mandatory additional daily charge of $24 for their vehicle parking.

7. The room rates are expensive, the rooms nice but nothing special and everything else seems to be extra (parking, a sun lounger if you want a shade).
