1. A bummer since I DO like a good breakfast to start my working day out, but Starbucks was 1 block away.

4. The kitchen was open for breakfast and the granola was good - but the room was very dusty (the black piano shows it badly) and there was a small table in the middle of the room with dirty, empty vases - I kept thinking someone would get rid of it - but it was there every day.
