1. Everything was very clean, it just needs to be refurnished (drapes, carpet, all cloth products, but bed was very comfortable!) I was very impressed with the landscaping and atmosphere of the resort.

7. Our room number was 4501 and that room was on the top floor and faced into a beautifully landscaped courtyard facing towards the lazy river area but you could not see it because the crowns on all the live oak trees were too tall and dense to see through.

9. While lazy rivering at night we saw staffers removing cans and paper from the beautiful landscaping - it is so disrespectful - just because you spend a ton of money does not mean you should use the ground, the grass, as your trash can.
