5. Check in is very easy, Phillip at the front desk was very informative and enthusiastic - the luggage was delivered to our room in less than 10 minutes by a bellboy.

6. (We later learned the manager has to approve of how the room looks before we can check in which takes a long time, but at least it's clean) When we walked in the room it smelled so clean.

9. The first and most disappointing one is the sign at the check in that informs you that a $22 'Resort Fee' will be added to each nights stay to cover the cost of various amenities (internet, golf course, etc.).

10. I know I could have complained and more than likely had the fee waived, but I am there on vacation with my family and just wanted to check in and get settled in.
