Service was exceptional with the exception of Mike at the Springhouse Cafe (we waited forever for the bill and he had to be hunted down by both the waitress and busboy on two separate occasions just to receive service!) and the fact that 'hotel policy' forbids you from checking out a luggage dolly.

6. We checked out the next morning and I spoke to the hotel manager and he said he would fix our bill which never happend, he agreeded that the hotel did need some work and that they were going to make improvements in the fall and said to give the Westin La Cantera a try which is maybe 10 miles further and we took his advice and it was absolutley beautiful.

7. The total bill for our room, with breakfast, drinks and taxes came to around $1000 for 2 nights.
