7. We missed samores and went to enquire at the concierge desk who sent us to Camp Hyatt and they had waiting for us our own kit which we took back to the house and used the gas grill to toast the marshmallows.

9. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk folks, concierge, valets, waitresses, maids, even the maintenance guys who were taking down the xmas displays in the lobby (they gave huge lollipops to our kids).
