1. Unfortunately, like many Ritz properties, we had to request Bulgari bath products, slippers, an extra robe and towels, but they were happy to deliver them once we did.

Three phones - including a portable phone, free water bottles, one-cup coffee maker, flat screen LG plasma TV with a 'buring fireplace' channel, thick monogramed robes and towels (no slippers), 4` windows (including electronic window treatments in the bathroom), water closet in bathroom, large mirrors and lighted makeup mirror with 3 different settings, dimmer on light by bed, many electronic outlets on side of desk next to bed.

8. The sheets on the bed were fine and comfortable, pillows were great (as usual at the Ritz), but towels, etc were not as plush at other Ritz hotels I've stayed at (in fact, one of the towels I used actually tore in half while we wrapping myself in it, it was so thin).
