1. Remarkably, I priced the Four Seasons and it cost slightly less than the Ritz, and I am sure it is a better choice.

2. I don't need to spend $600/night to have four people hold my door open, have someone turn down my bed, and I would never drink a soda that costs $5.

3. In addition to being extremely loud rooms (traffic noise etc) the bathrooms were very odd in that they had no tables to lay out your personal items, etc.I would not stay here again as the quality was not there for me for the cost, however, if you seek high service levels.

7. Regarding the American breakfast for two, I was told on checking in that we would receive a $40 credit to cover the cost of the breakfast.

8. What they didn't say was that this was not even enough to cover the cost of a continental breakfast ($22/person not including tax, delivery or service charges).

9. When I compained they readily agreed to cover the cost of two regular breakfasts, i.e. eggs, toast ,coffee, juice but it really turned me off that they misrepresented the advertised package.
