2. The rooms were clean and they do have turn down service, we were on the 26th floor in a corner room and it was quiet as far as street noise.

6. I have stayed at other Ritz Hotels and the hospitality and quality of a 5 star hotel is evident here and would recommend this hotel mainly because you cannot beat the location It is located in the heart of Center City Phila across the street from City Hall.

7. The main entrance is a climb up the steps to the front door with no awning for bad weather and car is parked on street so you have to be careful exiting your vehicle.

8. Parking/Valet is a hassle and somewhat dangerous since you have to leave your car in the middle of a busy street.

9. We are local so got away for the night for my birthday (we were having dinner across the street at Capitol Grille so perfect location).
