1. And, there is no pool.
"Great hotel. Great location. Great service. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/15/2011 Vote
2. Anything beyond these three elements--a pool, bars, gym, number of cable channels--are extras.
"A Fatal Flaw " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/2/2011 Vote
3. We used the pool at the hotel down the street they have an agreement with bc the ritz does not have one.
"Solid hotel in good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
4. The gym and spa were nice but the pool was a smallish lap pool not great for kids.
"Solid hotel in good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
5. Some things I wish the hotel had: indoor pool (like the Ritz-San Francisco); double-paned windows (let's just say every driver in Philly uses their horn, and it doesn't matter what time it is); bigger room service menu (and the food is just average, unfortunately); and gift shop.
"Love the Ritz, not sure if this is Ritz-quality " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/21/2008 Vote
6. No pool, no shops whatsoever.
"Good but not great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/6/2007 Vote
7. However, by the time I discovered that I'd have to PAY for Internet access, that there was no microwave or refrigerator (without paying for one to be brought to the room), and that there were no snack or drink machines (so that you'll buy from the very expensive minibar in your room), and no free hot breakfasts - and no pool, I was ready for a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express.
"Show me the amenities. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/11/2012 Vote
