Every single thing about the stay was perfect - the communication with the staff before our arrival and during our stay, the hotel grounds, the Italian feel, the gorgeous pools, the spotless rooms, the high comfortable beds, the plush towels and bathrobes, the amazing food served, the close location to Universal, just everything.

9. We loved the entire experience, but relaxing by the pool with a cooled towels, iced grapes, complimentary belinis and attentive staff after two days of park hopping really made our stay complete and unforgettable.

10. Then during the early evening I got him to leave the room for a short time, I rang housekeeping and they immediately cleaned the room and left extra towels, so when we got back (no more than 30 minutes) the room was spotless again.
