The 2 main reasons to stay here are to get the fast pass and to be on site wi the boat ride into the parks - we went from this hotel to one on Lake Buena Vista (Hilton Grand Soliel) we had a nicer room ( 2 bedroom suite) free parking, free wifi and it was about half the price of Portofino - I think next time I'm going to stay at the Hilton and buy an express pass to the Universal parks, as lovely as the Portofino is, I just hate that feeling of being held captive and fleeced.
