1. The hote is perfect and the staff unbeleivable everybody salutes you with a smile from the manager to the cleaning lady to the guy cleaning carpets.

4. The first room we were brought into had a bad odor and all the furniture legs were chewed up, the man helping us with our luggage could tell we were not happy and very nicely called the manager and had us moved to another room right about 3 doors down right away .

9. Luckily, my clients were more amused then anything, and I did mention this to the front desk manager, he gave us a free calzone coupon--big dealIf you like Italian waiters hitting on business clients, go to Mama's restuarant.
