9. From their own welcome letter, 'Iced Tea, Lemonade, Granola Bars, Baked Goldfish Crackers, Pretzels, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches' That sounds more like an elementary school snack than an upscale hotel's afternoon break.

10. The American Bar served excellent drinks and the bartenders were quite knowledgeable recommending drinks and were greatly skilled.
