2. They take you there by boat (5 minutes), free of charge, and the room key allows you to enter one hour before the general public, which means that you can visit your favourite attraction without queing for hours.

3. My dinner took a very long time to get there so the waiter gave me a free glass of wine, when it took even longer he comped the dish and when we told him it was our sons tenth birthday he brought out a cake and gave that to us free of charge as well.

5. I think we were lucky staying during a quiet period, we had our room upgraded free of charge and when they found out it was our honeymoon brought a card from the man that checked us in along with Strawberries and sparkling wine, that was a nice touch.

7. Could not check out late due to 'occupancy' (my guess is it was less than half full) but they do hold your luggage so you can hang out til your transportation arrives at no charge.

9. My only small gripe was that in room Internet was an extra $9.99 per day (1pm for 24 hours) which seemed an unnecessary charge considering the price of the room.
