1. One thing I wasn't crazy about was there's a $29 fee for valet parking and you can't park your own car (I asked) - so you kind of get stuck paying it.

2. Even though the Doubletree was only 1 mile from the port, we used their shuttle service to get there (didn't want the hassle of hauling luggage 1 mile!); there was a small fee, but it was worth it.

10. You really need to get in a car to get anywhere you'd probably like to go, thereby incuring addtional parking fees (and parking here is pricey -- $29/night) and the inevitable Miami tolls.
