They tried to change the rate of my rooms, they refused to let me book all of the rooms so I had to have my family book some of them, they wouldn't let my friends put their rooms on their credit cards, and to top it all off when I tried to cancel the rooms because of their incompetence they told me that they would charge me for every room even though it was still 4 months out.

4. I really object to paying top rates for hotels which then charge extra for wifi and parking when cheaper hotels and Hampton Inns do not charge and also give you a free breakfast.

9. We sailed from Port of Miami and stayed here a few days before our cruise - and we took advantage of the discounted shuttle offered by the hotel - book it the day before at the front desk and the charge is placed on your room - how easy is that.

10. When we arrived, we'd planned on sharing a double room between three girls, but there were none available, so we were upgraded to two king size rooms, which worked perfectly because the birthday girl was able to have her own room for the trip at no extra charge.
