1. I got an excellent deal on a bayfront room and then got upgraded to a suite (must be all those Doubletree points I accumulated) with 2 balconies.

3. We had to valet park at the DoubleTree at a rate of 29 dollars per day, which is actually a good deal (you`re probably thinking that is overpriced), because places at South Beach, even public parking, cost 20 bucks with no in or out privileges.

4. At that price I consider it a good deal, but if there rates go up to $200/night during the busy season you will probably be disappointed in the stay.

6. I understand that there are kickbacks in this industry, and if the concierge has a deal with a tour company, that is their business, as long as it does not cost the guest extra money.

7. I live in Chicago with a very diverse group of people and never have I had to deal with prejudice and hatred like I did at Bayside and the Dolphin Mall.

8. Oh, before i actually got to talk to the manager, i had to deal with Desk Agent who were either not trained at all or did not care much for hotel operations.
