1. The cookies at check-in were good but not $270 a night good.

2. The people at the front desk were very helpful at check-in and check-out (they granted myself and a fellow traveler - both Hilton Gold - last-minute late checkouts because our meeting ran over).

Positives: The lobby is beautiful, check in easy, staff very friendly and accomodating, great gym, clean and big rooms & bathroom, plasma TV with great channels, comfortable beds, reasonably good views even with city view rooms, fast wi-fi internet, 24hrs coin operated laundry, convenient shops on the premises (barber, mini-market, bar etc).

4. We took a red eye flight and check-in WAY early which new check-in was not until 3:00pm and the front desk ladies told us they would probably have a room early and will let us know when its availible.

8. Arrival and check-in was a positive experience as was the room appearance and the hotel did upgrade our rooms to bay view rooms as opposed to the city view rooms normally given for reward stays.
